Kansas City is unlike any other place when it comes to real estate investing, especially in the urban core areas.We're here on, the ground, making moves, helping clients, and putting deals together virtually every single day. 

how many hundreds of homes can you buy in B ham for under 50k .. granted they need some love... but seems those would be a good fit start buying the burnt out landlord houses and let the folks buy them and use their sweat equity to fix them up.. but even if you give them to some people they still wont make it work.. when they have lived on public assistance virtually all their lives.. and know no other way of life. 

There's a growing arts community here that is looking for spaces like that.

I like the cabinet idea and will try that if I cannot find a piece of art to cover it.

There's also the new "Lumberyard" performing arts studio that's supposed to bring tourists to the area.
