I actually attended the 3 day seminar @Val Fowler...well I watched (they sent me a video recording of it since we couldnt make it).

Just curious, with all respect due to the trade, could one take some excel files with floor plans, and perhaps fixtures(cabinets, stove, bathtub, etc) laid out in the plans, to Home Depot, Lowes or Menards, and would they do the same, put it in a CAD/3D type of format, for free?

Does anyone know of any services that would provide this list to me in a good format to make the process easier?

Providing the landlord with video of the noise, showing him text messages that we have sent to the above tenants asking them to calm the kid down, etc.The landlord just keeps saying that he will talk to the tenants but nothing ever changes.

From my research it seems that wholesaling is fairly common in the states, but I can't seem to find many articles/videos from UK RE wholesalers.

After watching his video on YouTube I downloaded his book and was about to join and decided better do some checking up on this first.

You can use those numbers as a guide but you can often attain higher rents with better marketing....video on youtube.com goes a long way towards boosting rents.

Wondering if anyone has watched Porter Stansberry's video on Youtube or at his website www.endofamerica15.com. if so what are your thoughts on his predictions of whats to become of our government and the devaluation of the dollar.
