Hi guys,I am currently evaluating a refinance with a blanket/portfolio loan to cash out for a purchase of a 13 units...I exploring both avenues for loan; 1) conventional loan via WF which quoted around 4.75-5.25% or 2) blanket/portfolio loan cash out from a private lender company for 6.25%.

The Overseas private lender will charge a touch higher interest rate than US lending given the loans would not be secured by mortgage over the property but via shareholders guarantee.

The nearby suburbs will likely experience a slower (but still notable) rise in prices, while the farther out suburbs less so, etc.This isn't an atypical pattern for any fiscally healthy metro, but it's especially pronounced considering DC is its own non-state territory and the city's boundaries are immovably constricted.
