carson,if you need a lawyer ,contact tim cody out of appleton,he works with us at fox valley apt association.with the ban on evictions you have 3 choices,unless tim has some other way.i would first meet tenant in person.first- see if the tenant will just move right now,tell them going to start on remodeling there side next month ,it might work.it has worked a few times for me.2nd- if when meeting with them ,and meeting not going anywhere ,offer them to move as soon as possible and you will work with them.use the threat of eviction that you would file that on them ,and it would be hard for them to find a new place.3rd- offer cash for them to move right now.do not give cash to place completely empty and give them a short time span.say their sec deposit and say 200 plus.use the threat of eviction they lose sec deposit.it all comes down to ,if you can convince them they are better off moving now,then when you can evict.and that can maybe be longer then you think.we now are trying to persuade the governor from not extending that order.that is while all apt associations in the state have offered more money to our lobbyist down at madison to fight that.what part of gb you in.east or west.if you need any help just connect with me on bigger pockets.the first building is always the  most difficult,because everything is new to you.

I did hire a local surveyor and engineer and plan on getting the necessarily documentation and boring samples to show the land supports wells and septic (whole valley is this way and got a quote from the one and only well company and they felt confident from local wells it wouldn't be an issue).
