@Sam RogersIt will tricky on your part because of the following reasons1) The 1098 issued by the bank will be to one of you individually.If you file the partnership return, you will likely include on the form the mortgage interest paid.2) If the IRS ever questions the mortgage interest on the partnership return, they will ultimately want to see the mortgage statement and then ask for additional documents.Did you look to obtain a portfolio loan / commercial loan instead of conventional financing?

At this point, I do not have any information about which end went in first, or whether or not there is a top on it, or if the mouth is narrower that the diameter.I'm thinking if I had an auger with a a bit with very coarse threads, I could bore into it and pull it out that way, but I am not sure such a product exists.I plan on trying a fluted plunger first, then explore with a coat hanger to see how far in it is, but other than that I am open to suggestions.Obviously, removing the toilet is the ultimate option, but I am trying to see if something clever, but less involved would work before then.Thanks in advance!

Two concerns with it: 1. not sure if I can expect to be able to refinance with 80-75% LTV on the after-repair value 2. inefficiencies likely to arise replacing plaster with insulation+drywall and installing super basic kitchen, when ultimate plan is to replace floors and put in a nice kitchen.
