All that tells me they made a very poor financial decision and can't get a job in their field.Jacking up MLS fees don't make sense to me either since you will new agents who are building their business and you eliminate a ton of investors that only have a license for MLS access.What they should do is increase the initial training, make the test hard, and make CE requirements tougher.This kind of changes will make it so an agent actually knows more about REAL ESTATE, which is the point right?

Hi, Any cost, charge, expense or fee associated with and required to be paid, under any mote or by other agreements, will be a loan expense subject to being included in the APR computation to determine compiance with any usury law.In the case mentioned, the courts looked to the intent of the parties as well as meeting "tests" to determine the relationship.

It has the not unpleasing aspect of a small campus, I keep joking that all we need is a general store.As mentioned before, separate meters except for water, water runs about 6k a year, which is verifiable.Just starting to do the math so that's not my question (yet), trying to pro-actively figure out what I don't know enough to ask.As an aside, our firm is Lead RRP certified so testing not a problem there.
