It would be great if your park is in a town of at least 5,000 or so and within ~ 5 miles of a Super Walmart.  

*Independence - This town was starting to get know as a great small town filled with live events.

Towns near Major Airports, Schools, low crime rate, decent population growth and decent amenities in the area.  

It may need to be rescheduled.I regularly work with out of town investors, including some out of the country, and this is something we figure out early in the closing process, as getting notary access at an embassy can take time since COVID.

Pretty much it exception is if you have to move out of town for work.

Hello,Firstly, I'm a bit of a noob so please excuse if my question a bit all over the place.Backstory:I have a 1960's house in a small ski town where the real estate is booming.

With the current state of the housing market, I'm looking at property in my home town which is out of state and I'm also looking at SFH and MFH in-state as well but in both cases I'm yet again getting caught up on the financing piece. 

I am looking into purchasing 10 units in a small town university in PA.
