Jon Crosby (not letting me tag) has a great spreadsheet that I found almost covered everything for me, and I just added and subtracted a few items, but it was more than enough to do the trick to analyze a STRP.

I appreciate the tip and the specific parameters to look for in a possible house hack, it really helps narrow down my options as to the properties to focus on. 

A couple of tips and cautions about using credit cards or lines of credit to invest would include understanding that your credit goes down when you utilize a high percentage of your overall credit limit.

Just seeing if there’s any suggestions or things I should know before buying my first property. I’m about 90 days out from my lease expiring and looking to buy my first home with a VA loan.

I only know what I know though so tips on what I may require from a computer is appreciated.
