I guess they could do an air sample, but if it's bad enough you can smell it in a room with some visual evidence.  

I guess I hadn't necessarily thought of it that way, we'd be able to push $560 a month into investments at that point.

Im not quite sure if by the TOTAL GROSS MONTHLY RENT option, if I'm supposed to enter the current rent or the future potential rents at market value.I guess this question can be asked in regards to analyzing any potential rental, not only Brrrr. 

My guess was they got in touch with land owner before they bought our tax lien and made a deal with them and after purchased our tax lien.

He didn't have services by his request so I am guessing he might have been a hermit or estranged from family.

@Kevin Fox I stand corrected, I guess it was this particular lender, I couldn't do a gift to my ex......no longer family.

But I keep an eye on it because it's so close to my market and notice some duplexes going for about 140-240 renting for around 1200-2000 depending.Yeah I guess we have been lucky then we have had great renters on our 3 properties.

i would connect the two so that it turns on when the light is turned on, if separate chances are they are not using it.as far as the bedrooms, i don't know the construction out there, but i'm guessing the walls are not that well insulated and with the a/c inside and hot humid outside, that can cause this if not broken by a well insulated wall. this is a major health problem inside and needs to be addressed, see if there are any energy co. out there that will test the insulating value in the house where they install a fan at the door and check the house for leaks and insulation value.
