Currently renovating a row house in Camden City, New Jersey and have had difficulty in locating a carting service...I had secured a 20 yd. roll-off through a "national" network, got killed with the overage...aside from this cannot leave the roll-off in the street without accumulating much of the neighborhood's trash.

The reason i ask that is because while i was using the BP calculator to buy and hold i was very conservative on my numbers therefore The only thing i want to be sure about is that how easy/difficult i will find renters around that area, and i think Matthew Rogers mentioned about asking property management companies about the information of renters around that area.
