Do you have a target price range?

My resources include:- The VA Home Loan- By the time I move, roughly around $30K-$50K of my own working capital- A real estate partner and mentor based out of Chicago- My brother, a real estate broker who I can go to for access to MLS- Currently trying to build relationships with lendersI got out of the Marine Corps at the beginning of 2015 and have spent since then learning everything I can about real estate investment before trying to pull the trigger on anything.

At this point my target vacancy reserve has been met so that is extra cash flow.

Your best bet is to show the broker your current liquidity and the purchase price range you are targeting.

Total price should be 100k + 140k = 240k.The MHU book is a great resource.  

In-person meetups have been my best resource.

Any building resources would be appreciated.

I am looking into strategies for this situation and wanted to look into the idea of selling the home and subdividing the land.I am not entirely sure how the subdivision process goes so I am looking for explainations or resources on that, as well as how to analyze the potential profitability on subdiving.

So even with a late-stage note where most of the payment is principal if I buy it at a steep enough discount I can still earn my yield Target.
