When I post ads on craigslist, I have 4 or 5 questions at the bottom that need answered and I only use the anonymous e-mail at first.  

Early on I e-mailed the listing agent of a property I was interested in and she replied and attached the standard Realtor PSA for my state for free.  

Philly has some great MFRs (in short supply, but they are there) and the market has a lot going for it.

Well I decided to do that once just to see what the outcome was....within an hour I had three different emails asking for more details on the property and if it still was available.

I have succeeded, after a few tries, in obtaining the e-mail of an individual who can submit my request to be a qualified buyer/disposer of distressed assets.

today, we receive email from another tenant in building telling us she believes the problem tenant has moved out.
