I hope people follow the social distance rules strictly, stay home and not to go out when it is not necessary, so we can keep Las Vegas virus numbers down and have our economy to be recovered asap after the virus numbers is under control.  

If it was a strict investment, I would say to really focus on the deal, but if you are looking to make a better life and live in a better home for a long time with your family, then that has to be the focus.

HOWEVER, what I am not 100% convinced on yet is if there is a negative effect on my FICO score because in the past any mortgage in forbearance is reported to the credit bureaus under a different code which then in turn lowers your FICO score.Does anyone have inside knowledge of how this actually does or does not affect FICO scores?

My comment on regulations were not meant for state regulations but for housing codes and neighborhood codes and so forthI will clearly say this “Illinois is horrible” great pizza and good people but it ends there!

She accepted the code and knowledge of the alarm months ago.Any advice would be greatly helpful sorry if a lot of this seems like i'm babbling we are just in a stressful situation.Even now we caught her lurking around inspecting the property without any notice.
