At that point I would file the Writ of Possession if they have not vacated.To file and appeal, the tenant must post a bond for the amount of the judgment(Great thing !)

File a complaint.Sue him for the amount of the contractor license bond he has to put up to be a contractor.Check his contractor license to see if it's current.But by all means get another plumber
