Won't help you out much at square one, but you you can build it into an investing vehicle, and it's geared specifically to self-employed individuals.Beyond that, I'm finding lenders who still talk to me about refinancing after seasoning a property for 6 months, but I don't know about the trend mentioned by @Chris Seveney.

We currently have a short term rental and I am also getting my feet wet Co-hosting and am looking to find some help determining if I need one or multiple LLC's, what type of LLC and would also like someone who can review rental agreements, Co-hosting agreements etc.Additionally, we need a CPA that can also help us make some of these decisions and who can prepare our taxes maximizing deductions.
