Keep in mind that the floor needs to be smooth before placement. 

@Jordan ScottNot Podio, for all of the reasons mentioned in my last post. it takes too many other products to operate it smoothly.

I'm so glad you were able to fly out to our Indianapolis, IN market, and meet the team first hand prior to purchasing, and that the transaction was quick and smooth.

Everything in this situation went smoothly and I believe that having them sign the lease in advance reduces the possibility of a cancellation because the tenants have signed a legal agreement.

But if you are just replacing cabs, carpet and tile, etc. it should go pretty smoothly.

Went smoothly, no complaints.

Our expectation was that the value they brought to the table was in vetting the sellers and helping to ensure a smooth deal.  

It is very possible and can go smoothly if you have the right "team" in place.
