I wouldn't care as much about the co-signor as having the extra cold hard cash if they default.Seasoned tenants have a VERY SMOOTH sales pitch for moving into a property and convincing you to take a chance on them.

Therefore, transitively, most of the money is earned at the purchase.That said, you have to agree with 1 and 2 for 3 to be mathematically correct and not everyone will agree with 1 and 2...nothing wrong with that...again, just my opinion.

file, EIN(tax id), open bank account, transfer funds into the a/c.only unknown is the mailing of docs and transfer of the money transit times.oh i did my first one through a lawyer, it took longer b/c he had to meet and talk about our needs and go back and forth.
