They are bringing another form of good travel to our guests and we couldn’t be more excited.

We have been doing a lot of traveling lately and I like to look at real estate wherever we end up just for fun.

We we would travel together and I loved every minute of it!    

Won't that defeat the purpose of being able to travel and pay less than hotel fees?

The primary goal is to work modestly for next 20 years and have an increasing income to travel the world and enjoy watching my  kids  build their own lives.   

Hello BP Community, my question is if I have a property that  has just been switched from my sisters name to my name (Loan and all) on the title, how do I go about switching this title over to my newly formed LLC without the bank requesting the loan to be paid in fully.

In West Texas, this is very common because many of the workforce travel from Houston or Dallas on a regular basis and renting a house is cheaper than staying in hotel rooms.
