I do not believe there are any Covid related moratoriums going on right now that would prevent the foreclosure of an investment property.

How do you all manage multiple properties?

Rate cuts could spur inflation again, which I think most people who go to the grocery store etc. really do not think its getting that much better and home prices are not falling dramatically. 

It's a standard cost of doing business for them.

On the income side there are numerous things you could do to improve revenue but they are not listed.  

Nathan, do they offer credit reporting for rent payments?  

Do I do it all at once?  

Do you deduct for this? 

I am in Austin there is so much to learn and plenty of ways to do so.
