Investing out of state in some of the mid west states is a strategy I used to scale my portfolio.

Had dinner with one of my clients here in Birmingham last night.. his take on it was those that are not sophisticated will have problems they will forget to file their paper work wont do it right and have other issues and so those will add to the normal non pay for other reasons. so this could very well cause a run on the lower socio economic scale borrower.. the ones the govmit tries to help the most.. that was his take on it. 

Admittedly have used it on a broader scale but effective for different use cases.

Getting your team set up and being comfortable with it might take multiple trips to the market area, which is an added expense, but if you scale it is a much more tolerable expense.

If a "coach" puts out their same formula to everyone and is scaling a coaching business, they probably won't help you grow the way that you want.

I found that there are typically not enough leads when I'm using other lists to efficently scale my marketing.

I re-plated the existing simply by writing new legal descriptions and the drawing had to have the measurements (to the legal) and is not to scale.
