You may be able to get in residential SFRs or 2 to 4 assets with comparable yields..if you are going OOS, then make sure to scale quickly up to 5 properties to see the cash flow benefits in a couple of years..otherwise all cash flow will go in vacancies, maintenance and management expenses..
