I would suggest going back to the drawing board.Keep in mind that you want a logo that has abilities to have simple color separations for cost effectiveness on printing letterheads, envelopes, etc.

They come in 12x12 tiles, the color goes all the way through so wear is forever, they are easy to install, almost no maintenance (clean and go), and you can buy what you need.

Or level it out and then use an epoxy (high gloss) garage floor type paint with color flakes looks great and is durable and will seal out moisture as well.

and before anyone says anything....yes, a key/lock fee (but its not really escrow).oh, and who besides a judge may say you accept the color change and nothing is wrong with it, so its regular wear and tear...so no can do on the fee to undo it.

You need to understand what sells, how long it takes, what makes something sell for more than market, is selling at more than market even possible, what buyers want in different areas, even what color choices in paint will drive things in different areas....and on and on and on.If you do not have this kind of market knowledge yet....consider being mentored by another agent or even working on a team till you gain the knowledge of your market.
