This is my 3rd tour in Germany and I am also seeking to purchase rental property here as well.Finally, I am planning to do my first house hack upon my return to Baltimore next year.

My other solution would be to furnish the home and turn it into a midterm rental, if you have some reserves.

They don't want to sell their home, however, but would rather keep it and turn it into a rental property, esp. since it is in a very good school district.Their current LTV is like 20%, very high equity. 

Has anyone else had issues with Zillow suddenly taking down a rental listing?

@Jaime Duron I recently picked up another rental in the southwest area (near Lackland AFB) that has been over 75% occupancy with MTR/STR demand.

I was in a somewhat similar position a decade ago when I had 14 SF rentals.

I am wondering if there is strategy to make sure you can get tenant ASAP right after closing your Rental Property.

I have several rentals, but just listed one that I am managing myself and I am overwhelmed by the number of people who are calling about Section 8 housing.

We have some short term rentals and management that we are scaling in the area.
