Use that $130,000 and use it to either flip some houses and grow you cash or invest those funds in some rental properties.You can even buy turnkey rentals out of state.

I *thought* I remembered the title lady mentioning they don't wrap redeeming ground rent into a property closing, but perhaps she meant that when she believed it was unregistered and closing coming up so soon.

I can’t remember the ridiculous numbers exactly but it built a 16-17 story building in just a couple weeks or less.As a very forward preparing GC, we are getting ready and prepared to be sensor installers (plumbing pipes, wood rot detection, foundation shift, etc etc.).

Getting paid to rotate crops and not plant or grow anything from year to year.2. 

If you connect with an existing, large brokerage, they can feed you a ton of business and help you grow quickly.

Remember, banks like to lend money to those to appear to not need it, but from what you are describing there should be no issue with getting a loan.I have a friend in Colorado that is a mortgage broker.
