Basically a place to store and track tenant forms and data, organize accounting, do tenant screenings, create invoices, and meter electric and water.

You can't go into the grocery store and take what you need and just say "I lost my job".

They would have been better waiting to the regularly scheduled Fed meeting which was scheduled for this past week anyways. 

I haven't gotten a property yet but I think the situation will help me a lot in the end- I was able to finish putting together an ecommerce store/side hustle with my friend, should be up and running next week- And I have been able to buy stocks for about 30% less than they were a month ago and I plan on buying more as we ride this out  

I'd probably wait and see who actually pays and how long the regular schedule is on hold before reaching out for fear that my loans might get 'downgraded'

It is also close to down town, allowing easy access to stores and restaurants.P.S.

Eviction courts are simply not going to be evicting people on their regular schedule.

Do you see any grocery stores giving away food for free?

We are really counting on those of you who will continue to receive regular checks from Uncle Sam (SS, SSI, or SSDI) and those of you who are in industries where you are able to maintain your employment, to PLEASE continue to pay your rent as promptly as possible so that we will be able to pay our bills and our mortgages while we work with your less fortunate neighbors.

I'm courting several GC's now to see there ideas and bids, but getting permits right now is impossible so im thinking about leveraging my handyman, electrician and AC guy that I use for my grocery store.
