Regular property managers? 

Here is the insurance claim info that will be covering the repairs.

For example the roof is two years old, but they claimed $4800 in repairs were necessary.

Often times you can go onto several of the brokers websites and find which one's make that claim.

If you just call their regular phone number, the guy on the other line won't know what you are talking about because they follow a script and only offer products that are advertised. 

I claim the income under schedule E. 

The MFH market has been stagnant here for awhile and the ones that have sold I don't know how they could even generate a profit.I haven't heard of any meetups here but there is one that meets in Tri-cities regularly and one I've got an email to in Yakima.

I'm running into DTI issues now (and would have much sooner at a regular bank other than UFCU) , but there are ways around that as well, at higher rates, per Greg. 

The property is a duplex where I pay for the regular trash service, Akron trash service is awesome and large trash pickup is part of the regular service-- so I guess I pay for it but there was no additional charge for the large off-schedule post-eviction pickup and it was nice that the bailiff made the call for the extra pickup.

So here is my question for you: have you ever lived in a city that provides good opportunities, that you already know, maybe have family there, maybe visit on a regular basis.
