Most of my clients don't have the imagination to picture what a space can be like, so it is always very helpful if a space is physically or virtually staged. 

I’ve become interested in this space and pitched an idea to him as a way for me to get into the opportunity without having a lot of capital tied up.

Is there space for a shed or two?

The condition of the kitchen and bathrooms, outside concrete work and the condition of a possible front porch, exterior brick or siding repairs, is the exterior landscaping OK, closet space, any drywall repairs or painting.

Larger rooms require longer units to adequately heat the space. 

The Realtor association feels that licensees have an unfair advantage in the marketplace and buying homes off-market at a discount is often construed as taking advantage of the public. 

Public or private utilities?

- Looking to purchase properties in PA off of public AUCTIONS and such - Has anyone ever purchased through the auctions?

The general public needs a governing body to oversee this stuff to protect the public's interests.

Demo the planters by removing the hedges and filling the space with concrete.
