Regarding security with buying the property, I can't say I'm too worried about that.

I am trying to enter the real estate industry with a rental investment property.

Research the County Clerk / PVA office for LLC, and individual names that have a bunch of properties listed under their names good way to identify landlords w/ multiple properties.Just a couple of ways to find package deals. #2 is also a good way to find off market deals which is where you can save the most even if it's just buying a house direct from the owner w/o an agent.  

the land bank they are talking about is city owned property they took back for non payment of tax's or liens etc.. its NOT Bank/lending institution you buy the land from the city land bank they may have special programs for locals that are looking for owner occ situations.. either way if you pay cash which is how most of that is sold if not all of it.. then your credit does not matter.

I have a 1031 exchange coming up soon that I can leverage into $900K+ for one or more properties.

Hello , l am just starting to rent a property out to section 8  tenant , what are the things to do to minimize/prevent  section 8/regular  tenants  from messing up the rented property .

I'm under contract on a property and the sewer scope inspection report said "The service was observed for approximately 82 feet, and the termination was not visible or and condition was not determined.

I'm looking to get started with my first multifamily rental property.
