Hello all, I'm looking to start investing in small-medium sized apartment complexes and I'm trying to figure out the best way to set up a business entity.

Assuming there is no foundational issues would you advise a beginner to stay away from a repair of this size, or go for it?

If you can claim tax free capital gains on even a portion, it may make more sense than an exchange.

All those areas are good to invest in but one size doesn't fit all.

Zillows prices are based on “comps” hence they only compare the property to other similar sized properties.

I am currently residing in Bulgaria, Varna, a mid-sized city on the Black Sea coast (500 thousand people, third by size in the country).My goal is to buy an apartment to rent.

Does anyone have recommendations for this small to medium sized project? 

Does this satisfy the requirement that the investment portion of the property (33% or $250,000) be paid for with exchange funds while the residential portion of the property (66% or $500,000) be paid for with only non-exchange funds—in this case, the funds borrowed from the lender?
