I am trying to accomplish the following:- I have 7 properties that have great cashflow that I plan to retire off them.- I want to talk about my retirement plans, if I should form an LLC, if I should be investing in my 401k, etc.I got this far mostly by myself and it’s to the point I need some guidance.

I wouldn't get too far along in a plan until you know you can do it where you live.

Moreover, due to my irregular income, obtaining financing isn't a viable option for me.Considering the above constraints, my plan involves a different strategy tailored to a specific area in Alabama.

Our latest purchase is a 4 bedroom house that we will live in for a year with a roommate and save up for the next house. we plan on putting it on airbnb. 

Timing of the sale of each might be an issue, it's a complicated strategy you will want to think through and plan for before you list either property.
