How would you start a syndication and get other people's money at this stage in your investing cycle?

Most real estate investors are sitting idle right now because of the Fed rate hikes and high property prices unless a deal makes sense to do.I wish you all the best in your endeavors.  

Less people are long term tenants here, though, so expect more turnover.  

I am interested in finding out how many people are not "learning", but are actively looking every week for a new investment property to buy/flip/wholesale AND ARE ACTUALLY BUYING? 

@Patricia Steiner^^^^^ this right hereThere will be people out there selling courses on this saying 2023 will be like 2008 and banks will be giving away homes.

@Jarrod Patterson  Depends on the reason for the temporary need from a local, also you have to screen financials some of these people may not be viable candidates even if they think they are.   

If you have a written agreement, it would make complete sense to also inform the residents.

Lot of young people living at home with parents looking to get out from under parents roof. 

Plus with current interest rates, people with a high mortgage (eg 80% of the home's value) won't have much cash flow.
