Owning SFR is a great place to start but most folks grow tired of SFRs that require more savings, more down and realizing cash flow is creeping along but not getting them their fast enough to leave the job they no longer are passionate about.  

There are some people up here who are very....um.....passionate about the topic.

For the longest time I've had a passion for real estate.

Check the forums John...the friendly second issue has been discussed passionately and there wasn't ever a general consensus.

Why aren't there any people who give their time and knowledge to the youth who ACTUALLY have a background in real estate and contracting, and are TRULY passionate in this industry but unfortunate to be born into a poor family.I know I am destined for success.

It's not easy when you start the way I did but if this is truly his passion I think he'll find a way.

I began thinking, ok I really want to be a nurse, but do I want to be working for a boss who is just making money out of my hard work and passion to help people?
