I've seen loan officers positions, property evaluators, assistant property management and others as examples.

I personally do my owen  management so I can't recommend anyone.

Are you interested in a company that can find and help manage (i.e., monitor their log-in time, deliver progress reports, etc) cold callers for you?

You can enter for a lower price, learn the management process, and just get a feel for real estate investing without taking on a huge project.

Account for repairs, vacancies, property management, and capital expense.

The other partner will be onsite management, set up and property identification.Any help or suggestions on how to structure the equity piece would be great.
