I was attempting to use the analysis tool on this site but the hard part for me is accurately estimating my expenses.

Im just a third party who is hosting the site for wholesaler to list their property and investor or homebuyers contact them directly.

Personally, I'd rather hear RE advice from guys on this site, like Ryan Webber, all cash, juzamjedi and others, or maybe a business history of the Trammell Crow business, and the HomeVestors business.

As our site's traffic has continued to climb, I'm sure many of you have noticed that things have been running a bit slowly here.

And I am managing the property myself (just finding tenants and collecting rent checks, I have a property manager take care of issues on site) so there is work involved.
