I am looking at small multi families BUT mobile homes seem very attractive.

In addition, the US dollars is still trading at $1 to 19 pesos, this makes Mexico a very attractive pick for many investors.Crypto currencies:  For the first time in my travel, I begin to see that crypto currencies were getting more popular.  

This is something people get attracted to and it will help you close deals NEVER give up!

Agree with everyone else, blinds are important to attracting quality tenants.

I sent numerous emails asking if they needed any further detail or if any additional paper work was need.

At the end of the day, assuming an inspector has told you everything to expect repairs-wise, it's all about what tenants you can attract (IF you can attract tenants).

The quality of unit and level of service you provide will dictate both the quality of visitor you attract and premium you can collect. 

They were run down and not much attractive to the price point that I was looking at which was $450k to $550k.

If you can find buildings in areas that attract a mix of A and B class tenants, all the better!
