That is completely normal, even though the note will be in the name of the LLC and title will be held in the LLC. 

We did a similar thing a few years ago where we held on to a townhouse to rent in eagle mountain and now house hack our current residence in Lehi that is on .5 acres.

The BRRR strategy could be part of this as well.As a psuedo wholesaler/marketing machine, people have really had to ramp things up with the marketing and be more aggressive to try and find those motivated sellers  who really need to sell and sell fast.As a property manager, it makes sense to put the pedal on the metal here...
