And there will always be people who think that way just as there will always be people who cannot be bothered doing lawn and yard maintenance who will like to move into those types of units.And I know many of the buildings that you are talking about.

I can agree with the low number, but, not the high one, even in the Palma Ceia area where I had to Duplexes that I had to Short Sell after the 2008 Economic Collapse.

I'm not sure about up that way, but down here in the Gulfport/Biloxi area of Mississippi I've had great luck at Lowes in the 'scratch and dent' returns area for appliances.
