I am an existing partner in a Construction Company which requires my time so I am reluctant to start the property bank way of investing as it requires you to do a plethora of unconventional strategies that I am as of now unsure about.Hoping somebody can shed some light on Property Bank.

Types of light bulbs and applications, HVAC, alternative energy, etc.

Low and behold I get there try flipping a light and nothing.

There are a few areas of the strategy that I am unclear on though and would really appreciate if someone could shed some light on those areas.1.

Looks so nice having a row of books filling up those shelves.One of the main reasons I keep leaning towards Kindle is because I read a lot at night in bed when my wife is asleep, and the backlight in the Kindle is much better (and less light) than having an actual book light.

Please any insight or experiences that can shed some light to this question will be greatly appreciated.

If you're flipping a house,for example, no one is going to give you an extra grand for that pricey light fixture, but they may give you a couple extra grand for good quality granite counters.
