Overdosing and having their employers come looking for them 2 days later....

I intend on pursuing real estate for life and maybe getting my mba later on.With this new found free time I'm going to have soon I decided to give myself a project/goal/ ultimatum.

What if something happens later down the road where I start losing money because of the loan I chose or I missed out on saving money because I was simply unaware of a perk from the other loan?  

He them came back later saying they called him and wanted to work with us.

I will probably lose about 12k on this one, depends on closing costs and commissions.Purchased 92,000Rehab 39,000holding costs 2,000Listed at 149,900 and got an offer 4 days later (awesome!) 

Three years later I was worried when the rent was not deposited by the 2nd.  

Thoughts?

Or put together a spreadsheet showing the comps, costs, etc and maybe he will understand and agree to a lower price sooner then later. 

She can always let it go to the bank (deed in lieu etc) or get the bank to short sale it but the issue is will the bank come back after her later?

Realtor said he'd set up a showing for 5 days later, to which I replied "not good enough!".
