I still have a day job, I'm a real estate broker and have been for 23 years, but currently specialize in Glass boxes in the skye in Downtown Chicago. 

Is this a "Walk away" job, or is there a way to properly analyze this, and make it work?

I was able to position myself so I can focus on this full time and not need to have a day job, at least for a while, as well as have some funds to work with for rehabs or flips.

I graduated College in 1996 and got my first professional job in 1996.Then I said to myself..... who do I really want to get rich?

But you all have convinced me I don't need to quit my day job in order to do this, and I'm feeling much more  confident that I know enough about most of the big hazards to get over my fear of getting started.  

Maybe it added a couple new jobs for inspectors and a paper pusher.

@Ned Carey that is an excellent point If i work hard enough it doesn't matter if I'm at the closing or not as long as I can do my job as the wholesaler establishing a Win-Win scenario for both seller and flipper/renter.  

I would love to know how people’s schedules are I want to create a schedule of my own and follow it

TK’s worked for me especially when i had a FT job and little time to give real estate the focus it needed.
