That fan might actually cost you $200 with installation so you would be out $80 dollars.

For my recent 200+ unit deal I have my maintenance do the turns besides outsourcing the carpet/tile installation and resurfacing counters and tubs.

I've been doing a little at a time as I can afford to  (Countertops were actually installed today.) and I planned on living there indefinitely.But, a couple weeks ago I landed a new job with a different employer that pays much better.

These two had recently had central A/C installed, updated baths, kitchens, etc.....most of the things you'd do for a rehab. 

Install adequately sized and good quality plumbing fixtures that is a better investment and will help you avoid many problems.

We need to install a rail to prevent any falls, but it seems these rails are primarily special order or online only for my local stores.  

Thank you for your response.I was doing a lil research on credit karma and it said that various types of credit will help boost your score... credit cards are one form... car loans are considered installment pay,emts and there was a third kind that I dont remember.... the only bills I Have are cell phone and car insurance and they do not report to the credit bureaus
