I certainly led me to thinking that residential assisted living homes (RALs) may be a valid venture to dive into over the next few years.That being said, I am interested in connecting with anyone who has had any experience with RALs, and similar types of settings, specifically within the states of New York and New Jersey. 

However they have websites, BP Profiles and social media suggesting years of experience and success. 

What was your experience?

The highest form, a 'quality cost segregation study' must be performed by someone with experience.

Any one have any experience in cleaning the soil or what it takes to clean it?

Insurance was inexpensive and it does add something different to the rental experience.

Any similar experience from you? 

House hacking will also give you some personal "property management" experience.

I am deciding if I want to do this on my own this first round (I currently work 70 hours per week so this isn't really my first choice) or find a property manager (or someone willing to manage mine) who has a good cleaner/handyman/team and has had some good experience with MTRs in this area!
