I was going to a Chiropractor and he recommend I had a MRI on my head and sure enough that specialist Doctor found the brain annurism and had me scheduled for surgery on the 22nd of December that was coming up and my regular Doctor had been very impressed with my health for about 30 years.  

The most impressive edge to me is that of the people who can assemble and maintain a team of people who each have their edge.

So I went the turn key route.I was impressed by USREEB as they have a professional office and employ several employees that know what they are doing.  

There are a few things to consider doing before you start but after you select your niche and marketplace.  

I'm literally at beginner stage when it comes to buying or owning a house.I was under the impression that I call the seller, I go see the house, I pay cash, I get ownership, then I get a contractor along with whatever permits, inspections, etc needed to build.

I was under the impression that the CARES act got expired last year in Dec 2021 after the pandemic was over.

Even if someone give you a referral, what meets their expectations, may not meet yours.In our experience, the #1 mistake owners make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.It's often a case of not doing enough research, as they don't know what they don't know!

Also, be even more selective on the tenant - no hot chicks - big trouble. lol
