This is my first step and I  want to make the right impression.

Since we plan on acquiring a few more properties in the area, we want to make a good first impression and want to make sure that we start off right.  

I use the web and direct mail, currently direct mail is winning but I'm scooping a steady 2-3 leads a week from the website so far this year and very impressed with the quality of the lead. 

He was impressed and I think a little bit stunned, but lofty goals have never bothered me.

@Jason UtleyDon't over complicate this.For whatever reason people on this forum give the impression that there are only two options.1.

He had a meeting and said he'd call me back, but I got the impression he doesn't even want to write the offer.

Sometimes the BUY BUY BUY is much more flashy and impressive than my slow and boring method.  

He does not necessarily cause trouble (so far a I know) but I am getting the impression he could not pass our background check not to mention the Section 8 thing.I believe I have tried being reasonable with her and asking her about it and now I am pretty sure she is just lying about him "living there".I am not opposed to trying to talk to her about it one more time before I just send the notice to her and the housing authority- though I think that would get her in a lot of trouble.  

I may take your advice as I haven't been too impressed with the REI groups I've been to so far and I quit going).I'm next door to you, Scott, in Deerfield.
