I was wondering if there was anyone in here that builds new construction homes in North Carolina? 

If “wholesaler” (used in the sense of contract flipping, not people who close on purchase and resell) were required to disclose in writing to home sellers that they are not purchasing the home, are only trying to “flip” the contract, and the sale will only close IF a buyer at a higher price can be found, would this eliminate the need (if a need does exist) for government regulations being enacted and or for “wholesalers” to be licensed real estate agents?

For those of you who are building new construction homes in the midwest (say 200k-600k sale price) what are your costs to build per sqft?

We have about 80k in equity in our home.

The housing market here tends to be significantly more expensive compared to other regions, and this definitely impacts renovation costs as well.Given that the home I am considering is around 3000 sq ft, the $250,000 renovation budget might seem more reasonable, especially in CA.

If the patient is healthy enough to stay outside the hospital, they usually will want to be at home.
