It wasn't in the original lease, but hoping that the convenience may be something everyone would like.I will check out the Nolo links - I have been looking for a really good lease.  

I can't help but be struck by how comfortable we've become with the perceived need for convenience in our lives.

And if that still wasn't reasonable I guess I would have went with a non-video doorbell.My main goal is the convenience.

Is the condo more convenient for your travel to work?

If I bought a unit with the expectation the rest of the property would be developed as part of the project I might be reluctant to agree to it being improved with something I might not like, say a convenience store or strip center.

You want to go month to month for your convenience if/when you buy a house but you want the landlord to subsidize that by giving you an annual rate.

There is actually a 5 plex for sale right near me that I like but seems like for loan convenience 4 or less is preferred.

@Jimmy Chao If comparable homes in your market do not have them, then there is no need for you to add one.They already convenience item.

And inherently, the side with little experience is likely losing out but ok with it for convenience of getting rid of a problem. 

For financial and convenience reasons I will have to live in the building too.
