The lot was already in great standing and had no violations.

But I was also learning and had no experience whatsoever.

I called one of my local CPA's today and they pretty much had no idea what I was talking about.

And in my opinion stay away from the massive firms, I went with one of the big ones and it was very clear they had no interest in helping me, just getting everything through quickly and with minimal effort.

They were making so much off their approved leads (hundreds of dollars a week) that they had no incentive to refrain from submitting worthless leads that we hadn't yet been able to set criteria to block.Who made money off of this?

I would bet more than 1/2 the Hoa memebers had no clue about the assessment  one of my HOAs had to send out SIX votes to get a 50% total turnout required to make a decision.
