So if I choose to rent I probably wouldn't be pulling in any cash flow; however, I would have the house as equity and potentially down the road I could pay off the mortgage much sooner, etc.

The prices are going up quite a bit for the last 2 years so I would recommend buying sooner than later.

After thinking about what exactly needs to be done to accomplish these goals, it dawned on me that my goal of developing my motivated seller lead generation system needs to be my main focus and I need to be generating a lot more leads and much sooner than June. 

He had to dig back a bit, but found out they had done the job 7 years ago, and it wasn't a tear-off when they did it, meaning the next one would have to be, and probably sooner than later (in Western New York.)

As long as you buy right, you'll be in a better situation if you are able to save for a home and buy a good quality property and live for free.Congrats on figuring this out sooner than later.

I will have to declare a major sooner or later I am kind of resting on my laurels right now just doing the Gen Eds.

To me, I would wonder if that would be considered a gift of half the value of the home minus half of whatever amount was owed on the property at the time you were added on the deed.And that would be where I would think you might have some sort of taxable event.It definitely screams out to check with a cpa so you can find out sooner rather than later.

Is there anyway to pull it out sooner?
