Rather than try to minimize an expense, I'd focus on building a relationship with a team member: the attorney.

We are looking for people to build our team of wholesalers and local investors in our area so that we can help each other out!

As I am currently the only functional member of the team, demo has been slower than expected.

@Steve Vaughan - the reproduction is not "1 to 1"-- I don't have a public forum I manage, but I would like this same ethos to be represented in my (and my teams) internal (and external) interactions.For example, I'd like my staff to be supportive, even when they're taking each other or a consulant to the proverbial wood-shed.

The principles remain the same: you still need a LOCAL team that you trust: Realtor, Contractor/s for starters, and a great Internationally experienced Tax Accountant back home...
