Finished the home this week.  

Hello, I am looking at a house that is listed as a 5/2 (finished basement), 2000sqft, but the tax assessment has it as 3/2 1000sqft.

I am currently looking into the DFW metroplex as I was born, raised, and also live here while I finish my degree at Southern Methodist University.

I'm expecting the next area of town to bubble up will be along the 249 corridor once the "Aggie Expressway" finishes up that links Houston direct to the Navasota/College Station area.Edit: Forgot to mention this is relative to Houston area.

Then get someone else in there to finish the work, assuming he doesn’t finish on time since he still has another week before the deadline you gave him.

For my people that rehab, this right here was “one of those types of projects”🤦🏽‍♂️ So many issues just getting this one to the finish line, and took a major loss in doing that smh.

@Tyrone Osilesi all of the programs that are used do NOT know how to give adequate value for things like finishes.
